Founder’s Vision

My name is Jay Newman. Some say I’m brilliant. Some say I'm crazy. I'm probably both.

I’ve walked away from huge amounts of money in order to pursue what I’ve been driven to do. I have followed what I call three key instances of divine guidance. Or, maybe it’s been three instances of divine insanity. Time will tell.

The first was walking away from many of the same key people surrounding Steven Jobs – I had the same attorney, same accountant, and was talking with some of the same key investors including Ross Perot – in order to pursue my unyielding passion for making a massive difference with natural healing.

The second was to undertake the task of drastically overhauling the technology surrounding the use of ionic silver for internal human use (particularly “colloidal” silver, which was common back then) and to unleash the floodgates of performance – when none of the major pharmaceutical companies were able to.

The third has been a perpetual divine guidance or divine insanity – again, time will tell – that says that it’s not only possible to maintain superb mutually supportive relationships with your customers, your suppliers, your employees and – imperatively to me – your investors, but in fact it’s the only way to fly.

The first had to occur. The second has been achieved and resulted in powerful patent protection and a proven track record of performance. The fat lady has yet to sing regarding the third. I continue to ignore the typical investor community who just wants to look at the numbers, what’s in it for them, how quickly they can cash out, and the like.

I’ve recently made the decision to no longer try to see eye-to-eye with typical venture capital investors. I've decided to only pursue wealthy sources of funding who have an appreciation if not a passion for natural healing and who share the vision of doing something massive on both a humanitarian level and a financial level.

I'm looking for the private wealthy individuals who share my commitment to helping the customer first. Who agree with my view that it’s just not cool that pharmaceutical companies tend to care more about the bottom line than helping the public. I am seeking individuals who are of the highest integrity, of the highest intelligence, and of the highest character.

While I seek out the funding sources who share my humanitarian priorities as much as my profit-driven priorities, I find the people I resonate with most are private wealthy individuals who are genuinely interested in making a difference for humanity. At that point, the discussions about control or sharing the rewards fall right into place because it's a matter of mutually shared visions and priorities, with mutual respect, support and trust. That way, we can make history at this momentous time.

With that kind of person, I'm happy to share in the rewards since it only helps empower them to do more humanitarian work.
